Hello, Thank you for providing the feedback. We used to send the nice pouches but we changed them to be more environmental friendly. As for the supplies, the pharmacy has always send 1 or 2 alcohol swaps depending on the program picked and the ebooks were always emailed to each new patient. For those of who reorder, we can always provide them again but we assume they have the original program from their first round. We always encourage patients to reach out to us if they have questions or concerns, we have 24/7 support available through our chat and ticket system. Hello Doug, Thank you for being a Nu Image Medical patient. I’m sorry to hear that the medicine we prescribed has not helped with your condition. The first step is to determine if a stronger strength is required to achieve the proper results. Should an increase in dosage not suffice, I encourage you to seek the advice of your primary care physician. There may be an underlying issue that we cannot address via Telemedicine.
