Response from National Tire & WheelJun 16, 2017
Kevin, I'm sorry that you had a problem but you had already mounted tires on the wheels before you informed us of the issue. Shipping companies or wheel manufacturers will not honor any damage claims once a wheel has been installed because they have no way to prove that they did it or you did it when installing them. Sorry that we could not do anything about your issue. If you decide to order from us again, remind us of your problem and we will work with you to get you some additional discounts. I have put notes on your account regarding the issue.
