National tire and wheel made order easy great staff very helpful i will definitely order from them again.

Ordered a set of tires. Stamp on tire says 33-9.5-16 got them and they were not even close to what they said they were. Paid 700 bucks for them. And then cost me another 166 to ship them back. Will never order from them again.

Bought new wheel and tires mounted and ready to go. They were shipped to my door,bolted them on and headed for a 500+mile road trip. Everything is perfect!

They were very nice but screwed every thing up. First only two of my tires out of six were ordered. The other four were late. I call them to let them know that I would pick up my wheels and tires being that they were not too far away and I needed them sooner than later. So I called ahead of time to make sure they would be ready when I got there so I didn’t waste any time. I told Them it would take me two hours to get there and he promised they would mounted and balanced when I got there. I get there and get my ticket to pick them up then proceed up to the warehouse to find that my wheels were not even out of the box yet. Mind you I said I would be there in two hours which turned out to be four hours because of my work. So they had two whole extra hours to mount and balance my wheels and tires. So now I wait two hours while they mount my tires and put bags in them for balance. I get my set, get home put them on and my tpms’ are not Recognized. I tried calibrating them myself but it wouldn’t work. So now I’m driving to work the next day and they are very unbalanced. The bags suck. A week later I finally find somebody to get my tpms working (ford dealer) after three tries at local places. I now I have to pay somebody to balance my tires and take the beads out. F

I bought 4 Atturo Trail Blade MTs from you guys. You had one of lowest prices plus free shipping. I ordered them on a Thursday morning and had them Friday afternoon. I was very impressed. But it turned out one of my tires had been separated from the other 3 during shipping. It was actually FedEx's fault but you guys immediately tracked it down for me and I got it the following Monday. You guys just earned a repeat customer. Thanks!
