My wheel and tire package was shipped to me mounted and balanced and arrived to me quickly and in perfect condition. I could not be more happy with the extraordinarily high level of customer service and professionalism I experienced by the team at NTW. I am pleased to have gone with Then for my wheel and tire needs.

Great price fast shipping

I had a good experience with ntw....when I ordered my fuel cleaver dually wheel and tire package, they didn't have the tires I ordered. I was told it would be 3-4 weeks before they got the tires. So, instead of having me wait, they upgraded the tires to a better brand and tire which were a few hundred dollars more than what I originally ordered and I wasn't charged the price difference. But, on the other hand, one of my outer rear wheels had an x-shaped scratch on it from the tire being mounted, which I was a bit disappointed....but it was easily fixed with a paint pen. I didn't think it would of been fair for me to return the wheel and raise hell about it, considering that they gave me a set of tires that cost $300-400 more than what I had ordered. So, in the end, I had a great experience with fast delivery and I was also contacted by one of the guys who made sure all my information was correct....I'd definitely do business with them again and I highly recommend them!

Keith helped me every step of the way and gave me accurate shipping info and a overall great service and great people to communicate with

Fast shipping

Great place to do business with. Put my order in and forgot to add the code for a discount, emailed them and they made it right. I changed my order, they made sure they had it on the floor if not they would get it. Got a tire and wheel combo, came mounted balanced and ready to go. Very friendly service, will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want. Will be a return customer. Thanks zach
