Worst experience I've ever had! Ordering tires from online companies has always been very easy and pretty fast. I ordered my tires, waited, got a shipping email that said they was getting the order ready. 8 days later I've got to message the company to find out why I haven't gotten any emails with a shipping confirmation. Their answer. They are coming from interco themselves, so when they decide to ship them they will let us know then we will let you know. So basically this isn't a tire company, they just order where you could've ordered them yourself. So why bump with the middle man. Long story short 10 days after placing my order for $1755.00 my tires just show up, no email from these guys telling me they are shipping no tracking. The tracking they did give me still says they are gathering the order. 1 1/2 weeks later. Do yourself a favor and find a better company cause this isn't it.

Chris, I'm sorry that you are unhappy with our service. With all of the shortages and supply issues that are going on right now, we, unfortunately, sometimes have to ship products from other warehouses besides our own. These tires had to be shipped from the Interco warehouse instead of ours and unfortunately, when we ship from other warehouses, we have no control of the situation and are at their mercy regarding ship times and tracking information. I see that you sent us messages through our after hours chat line on both April 30 and May 3rd. We responded to both of those when we got back to the office but received no reply. I also see that you chatted with one of our salesmen on May 3rd and were told that we we update you on the tracking as soon as we recieved it. I see that you recieved your tires on May 5th. Once again, sorry for the issues and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Looked all over for super swamper boggers, found them on Nationa Wheel and Tire, called on Thursday morning to confirm they were in stock. Male party I spoke to said yes they are in stock, asked so if I place order they will ship asap, he confirmed yes they would. 4 days later they were at our door. Could not be more happy

I had searched and searched for tires and finally found the set we wanted on National Tire and Wheel. I made a call on a Thursday morning and spoke to a man who was the kindest and most understanding person. I asked it the tires were in stock and he checked and said yes they are, i confirmed if i competed my checkout that the tires would be shipped quickly. He said hold on, he made a call and stated as soon as you click checkout we will start packing those tires. So I orders and the tires arrived in 3 days. National Tire and Wheel is now our go to for all tire needs.
