Troy, I'm a little confused as to your review. You placed your order on 10/6, we shipped on 10/7 and it is out for delivery today (10/12). I'm not sure what message you would have recieved other than the one below that mentions Heavy Frieght on orders for tires over 35". I'm sorry for the confusion. If you could send me the message that you recieved, if different than the one below, I would like to see it so we can save others from getting confused. Our standard message after placing an order is "Thank You for your order. Please be advised that orders need time to be processed and orders placed on the weekends or holidays do not get processed until the following business day. No information will be available until the order as been processed. Please give us time to process your order. Please be aware that with the current situation in regards to the COVID19 pandemic, we are experiencing unprecedented shortages of product that we have never before experienced. Almost every supplier is being affected by this situation. Shipping carriers are being overwhelmed by the increase in internet ordering and delivery times may be affected depending on your area. We unfortunately have no control of the situation and ask for your understanding. If we experience any problems or delays with your order, we will contact you within 48 hours.
