Shipping Sucks
The shipping part was the bad part . No one texted emailed me about progress of order . Till I called looking for it . The guy told me because it just shipped today which was Wednesday then he said it was scheduled for delivery today. Boy that’s fast. So he gave me the tracking number . So I waited at home Wednesday afternoon looking for it but no delivery. Called FedEx to see up a delivery date and time . Set up for Friday at 1 pm . Called to see where it was they had rescheduled it. For Monday after I was waiting on it to show . Had to go pick it up myself at FedEx terminal a hour away. Box all ripped up . Not happy to say the least. Not sure I would recommend national tire and wheel . Shipping is your short fall .

Ken, Sorry to hear about the issue with the shipping. Unfortunately, once something is shipped, we are no longer in control and are at the mercy of the shipping company. Regarding the notifications, these are sent out automatically. Lots of times they end up in junk or spam. Sorry for the inconvenience, if there is anything that we can do for you, please let us know.
