Worst online site to do a required Basic Driving Info course. It was suppose to take four hours but while in the middle of a lesson it would close and the timer would start at the beginning when I reopened the lesson. It took almost 7 hours. 10/17/19; Ericka, After about the third or 4th time i submitted an email every time it happened. Perhaps, if someone had actually read them you would've known I did reach out, but never received a response. Also it was the weekend.

NTSI makes the difference between a bad driver and a good driver. TLSAE is very important for people that begin to drive, because supports us to take consciousness of the risks that the consumption of alcohol and drugs cause. Thank you for your guide.

Terrible experience. Several times while trying to proceed with the next module, I was stuck in an endless loop of having to call the security number and answer questions, which I did correctly, but when I would try to proceed, the alert to call again would show up almost immediately. This happened again and again. I could call and email customer service, but they were VERY SLOW to respond. I wasted SO much time trying to complete this course. Also I could not go at my own pace. I read and retain much faster than the time allotted. But I still had to sit there until the timer ran down to 0 before moving on. Huge waste of time. Terrible customer service. I'm still trying to complete the course. Two modules left to go. In one of the endless loops of calling again.

This is the worst online driving school!!! Do not use it take takes forever. There no video that read the information so you have to read everything and it ask you 5 million questions and will kick off line if you don't notice there bar at the time because you are reading!! This is school is horrible and I want my money back

Very helpful with no problems faced through the proceeds. I recommend the use of NTSI

Can't work at your own pace, have to wait to finish tests. Very little new material. Just another government contractor making money from a customer base held hostage by the police state.
