Material is woefully outdated. Comparing the questions and answers to national government websites, such a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and U.S. Department of Transportation, what this company publishes in the material and quizzes is just plain wrong or subjective. Another example is oil changes... its no longer 3k miles, that was from the 1990s, mileage varies based on type of automobile and oil type. It seems the stats are from mid-2010s and not more recent. Anybody other than these people should be responsible for such important content. What a racket and scam.

The course was made of several modules that are seemingly made to slow you down. Each one made me wait 40-60minutes to go onto the next one There is no reason for this I could have read and completed the course in less than half the time. Also, for some reason you can't print your completion certificate when you're done. It says because it needs to be on special paper which is ridiculous. I cannot recommend this course to anyone.

I think this class took way too long. Easy and insightful but it shouldn't take this long to complete this course. Some topics only took a few minutes to read but the holding time was far too long. I would reevaluate the times. It should be cut down to at least 3 hours.

The voice recognition is a joke I had to call multiple times to have my account unlocked. I was at 88% completion and I got sent back to 41% and had to have that fixed. The website needs a lot of improvement. On the positive side when you ask a question through the messenger they responded very quickly.

Meh. I mean it is what it is... you're not taking it for fun and because you wanted to, right? The "holding time" became my nightmare. Unless they expected me to transcribe each page and watch every video 3 times, I have no idea how it would take someone as much time as was allotted. The references and videos were straight from the 70's or 80's. Each video started off with you just enjoying a nice day on the road, then something like fog or rain happens, and them BAM you end up dead at the end of the video. Every time. DEAD. My personal favorite recommendation was avoiding being hit by airplanes while driving down the highway. I mean, unless you're Bruce Willis, who hasn't had to swerve on the highway to avoid an airplane? Also, it was very helpful to learn that the kids these days are calling marijuana "reefer" and "Mary Jane" and Fentanyl "China white." Now I'll know what the hessians hanging out at these totally bodacious parties are referring to... psych! Also, it was very clear that the video was pre-BLM movement, as every "bad guy" in their videos was an African American young man who they chose to represent what not to do in each situation. Whether it be road rage or an inability to make positive decisions, the representation was a young black man wearing a dorag. Might want to update this a bit there folks.

Terrible experience. Several times while trying to proceed with the next module, I was stuck in an endless loop of having to call the security number and answer questions, which I did correctly, but when I would try to proceed, the alert to call again would show up almost immediately. This happened again and again. I could call and email customer service, but they were VERY SLOW to respond. I wasted SO much time trying to complete this course. Also I could not go at my own pace. I read and retain much faster than the time allotted. But I still had to sit there until the timer ran down to 0 before moving on. Huge waste of time. Terrible customer service. I'm still trying to complete the course. Two modules left to go. In one of the endless loops of calling again.

I found the seminar very interesting and challenging. I liked that you went into the reasons a person would not drive within the law and safely. I was puzzled though that it cost me $200 a friend had to take the course about two weeks later and he paid $180.
