I actually paid an extra $4 for the read aloud option which is well worth it. I really needed this so I can still move around the house and handle daily tasks at the same time. It took me 2 days (Half one Day and Half the next) It's very convenient that you can come back on another day and finish. I think you have about 5 days to finish it. Very happy I was able to take care of this...... it wasn't as brutal as I though. lol

So I used this company for my defensive driving course to get a discount on my insurance and I am so happy I used them. I use to use a different company and now using NTSI I will never use another company. They are so easy and user friendly.

This course was very easy for me to take. I appreciate that it was very user-friendly.....this was my first experience with taking an online course....at my age, I just never really needed to before.

Meh. I mean it is what it is... you're not taking it for fun and because you wanted to, right? The "holding time" became my nightmare. Unless they expected me to transcribe each page and watch every video 3 times, I have no idea how it would take someone as much time as was allotted. The references and videos were straight from the 70's or 80's. Each video started off with you just enjoying a nice day on the road, then something like fog or rain happens, and them BAM you end up dead at the end of the video. Every time. DEAD. My personal favorite recommendation was avoiding being hit by airplanes while driving down the highway. I mean, unless you're Bruce Willis, who hasn't had to swerve on the highway to avoid an airplane? Also, it was very helpful to learn that the kids these days are calling marijuana "reefer" and "Mary Jane" and Fentanyl "China white." Now I'll know what the hessians hanging out at these totally bodacious parties are referring to... psych! Also, it was very clear that the video was pre-BLM movement, as every "bad guy" in their videos was an African American young man who they chose to represent what not to do in each situation. Whether it be road rage or an inability to make positive decisions, the representation was a young black man wearing a dorag. Might want to update this a bit there folks.

I have been trying to complete the course, but when I go to sign back in, I get a message to "check field(s) for error(s)". I reenter the fields correctly (again) and get the same message. No one is available when I call. Then suddenly I can sign back in with exactly the same data.What a frustration. I hope I can complete the course.
