Very very poor customer care service always keep holding for more than half hour always from one department to another department like monkey 🐵 also problem is unsolved Thank you Good. Buy

I’ve been getting charged more than what we had agreed upon and it hasn’t been resolved yet.

Customer service can be improved. I've called many times over and over again because when they put me on hold they actually disconnect the call and would have to start the process of waiting all over again. Some agents don't know how to answer some questions about any issues on top of everything.

1. EBT is not working, i put several calls noone bother to call me to say it can be fixed or not. 2. CRV same as Fee is supposed to be taxed at California rate, it is just showing up as plain Fee. 3. Very difficult to remove one item from the basket. 4. ALl the issues are basically related tothere is no user manual and the persons who answers the call have no clue for the answers, they themselves have very little training. In general, very unhappy witht the perfoamnce and help I am getting. I would not recommend to anyone else.

Had NRS PAY for roughly 3 months (Credit card machine) and cant stress the "technical" Difficulties I've had. I Tried both plans ($49.95 or $16.xx) and both have their issues. I was told the plan for $49.99 is a flat rate and you would receive the full payment (fees would be charged automatically to the customer), LIES, I was still charged the 2.49%. had to call several times to get it Fixed. The down side to that option, Deposit would be receive 3-4 business days later. I switched to the other plan for 2 reasons, to save the customer the burden of the fees and also to "receive the deposit the next day". I still received the deposits 3-4 business days later, not the next day. Also, I have to mention they charge you the plan after you receive the card machine. I received the machine about a week before the month ended ( I was charged $49.95), I didn't install and have the machine ready till the start of the new month. Only noticed when another $49.95 payment was applied. even though the processor wasn't used and ready the last week of the previous month. If they can get these issues fixed it might be a decent addition to your business.
