NRS is a nightmare to work with. Issue are ignored and no assistance. Trying to return the POS systems due to continued issues.

Never recommend to anyone horrible service I am struggling to fix my cc terminal it’s been more then month and they don’t want to do it and my volume is not too low my volume is more then one million per year still they don’t care about my business I am loosing business everyday And the rate is not even better it’s average so never recommend to any one Please stay away from NRS PAY people

Apparently they have a dummy answering the phone on Saturdays just to let you know that there's no one to help, i had never heard of a company in this line of business to close Saturday and Sunday. Will move to a different company, by far this is the worst pos company i should have checked who they were but i didn't because a very reputable company was selling their products.

Non of my complain have ever solved by you guys, I have to find away to solve my problems by myself after several calls. Too bad a company. Since August till this moment I am still having issues with this company..I will not recommend this company to anyone .

I just received my pos 2 weeks ago I called my sales rep Francisco in the Bay Area he showed up a week later after I had a friend helping me install it my scanner wasn’t working for some reason he called customer service and they tried to fix it over the phone but it didn’t work, he told me that someone from customer service is going to call me soon and he left , a week later I called him and he’s ignoring my calls, called customer service and I was told they can’t do anything about my scanner I ask the person name he gave me his first name Edward and refused to give me he last name and he ask me if I have what’s up app so he can send me some info and put on hold and hung up the phone, before that I had a bad experience with another sales rep his name Sharif he sold me a pod and received it 1 month later ,the reason why im still with this company after this bad experience is because I looked them up and they one of the best pos companies around the us , with one of the worst customer service! Hopefully they can train their workers better
