I have received the best service ever from NRS working with José Arreaga. My business was in trouble because my whole system was down and Josè did everything he can to help me out to get my business up and running again. Working with Josè has been a great experience and I think that he should be a role model to other workers at NRS because I’ve never received that type of service that he has provided me. Great POS customer service is OK. My sales person Shariff demo'ed the unit for me at home at 7:30pm at night and sold me. He's quick to answer his phone and help me with my issues if customer service can't. Highly recommend getting a sales person who knows what they are doing they will make everything with the POS much better and life easier.
