Good system .. just started using is so far it is good the only thing I hope had a hand held scanner so we can scan big itm in shopping cart

Pedro was quite helpful, but unfortunately I was not able to use the POS from NRS due to not having reliable internet service in our rural area. Once that changes I would certainly consider using their company again.

NRS is actually a pretty good system, I wor ked at Microsoft 10 years and the system is reliable. The issues start when you deal with their people customer service is seriously lacking plus a blatant disregard for your business interests. My opinion go with a company that actually cares about customers, because these guys don't. Amendment: after reviewing I was contacted rather quickly and my issues resolved, now happy with their system again. Thanks NRS!
