Worst credit card/ register company I’ve been a businessman for over 15 years and never had I had any problems with my other credit card company until I got a register with NRS. I had problems with the money that was going into my bank account it showed a whole different amount than what it showed on the register and it was missing. I called them multiple times to get it fixed and they said they were going to fix it. 4 weeks later and I still have the same problem every time I call they just hang up and don’t solve the issue. I’m sick and tired of calling them everyday and still not get anything solved and even when asking for a supervisor they won’t let you talk to one, they say they’ll transfer the call but they just end up hanging up.

Hello, If I had known that I would need to call over and over just to make my POS system work, I would have never purchased it. I still do not have a portal login, and without it, I can’t do anything. Every time I call, I get transferred to the credit card integration department, where many people have no idea how the POS works. For something as simple as making small changes or submissions, this process has become a nightmare. This feels like a betrayal of trust. I trusted you and your company, but after paying so much, I am left frustrated. I still owe $750, and once that is done, I will cancel this service. Shame on your company for making one business owner call so many times and still not receiving help. Enjoy the money you made from my time and frustration — it won’t last long. DO NOT BUY. Absolutely worst POS system I've ever worked with. POS is full of flaws, errors and doesn't support even basic reporting. Hardware is low quality and doesn't work even new out of box. I'm returning it within a month. They charge even though you are not using their system. Please do not get his POS, period.

Literally the worst devices and systems extremely stupid software! They will lie and tell you that the device is for free then charge u 350 a month for 3 months after that when u are fed up with the device they will charge you another 450 dollars, this company is a complete rip off be careful.

Ill give them credit, they follow up on the problems with my POS system that doesn't work... but after about 7 weeks, it still doesn't work and they refuse to send a tech out or send new equipment. I dont know why we continue to trouble shoot through the same phone calls that never change anything

I had a very bad experience with NRS company; after a long wait for a solution, it turned out to be nothing more than a waste of money and time. You end up tied to them, forced to compromise by paying them. I have proof to show what I've been going through with NRS, and I never received a solution for my issues with NRSPOS, NRSPAY, NRSPETRO.

It's clear that once they have your money, they have no interest in resolving issues or communicating effectively. I’ve contacted their support team numerous times and each interaction has been a lesson in frustration. Every response is either a generic template or a complete non-answer. It feels like they’re deliberately avoiding providing any concrete information. If you’re considering doing business with NRSPLUS, think again. The lack of transparency and accountability is astounding. I would strongly advise against using their services unless you want to experience the same level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. In summary: Terrible service, unresponsive support, and zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
