NRG TransportationReviews of nrgtransportation.us

This company is a bait and switch scam. We order to transports to two different locations. on the day of pickup, they said driver broke down and they would send another truck. When truck showed, he wanted an extra $1500.00. we had to cancel contract. The next day when the 2nd truck was due, after pickup time, they said the other transport truck broke down, but they would send a second truck for an extra $1000.00. Then argued that about cancelling say you can't get anybody cheap. He tried to keep me on the phone to wear me down. i cancelled. missed my flight because of the scam. Avoid at all costs.

This was the first time for me having a vehicle transported over several states and buying and truck site unseen. I could not be happier with the communication and service from beginning to end! The Broker, Driver and dispatcher kept me informed every turn and anytime I had a question was very prompt to respond with a clear reply. I would recommend any day to anyone. They picked my truck I bought up on a Saturday afternoon and had it delivered exactly when they said they would the same day. 💯 Satisfied and will be using again!!!! Thank you for a great experience and being a trustworthy and do what you say you'll do business. Thanks, E

Best and fast service

Great company to work with!

Working with alex at NRG Transportation was great would like to work with him in the future also

My daughter was shipping her car from Chicago area to Philadelphia area. We were told the car would be picked up at 4 on a Monday and we were flying out on Tuesday morning. We didn’t get a confirmation until Monday noon which was a little stressful but after that all went smooth. We had the drivers cell so we could call at any time and as a mother I was worried so I had the driver send me a picture Probably looking back was too nervous lol. Kevin is a wonderful person He’s kind and you could tell he cares about his customers. The car arrived at the college and we are all smiles.

SCAM company, do not use, they had to change the company name from hyper auto to NRG, because of so many bad reviews, it’s the same crooks just a different name, I have a snap shot of a $200.00 Zelle to me to remove all my one star reviews, if it’s a different company why you paying me cash. They scam artist do not use this company

Excellent company
