NppcbkReviews of nppcbk.com

Received my cherry tree order today after a three week wait, arrived in a flat crushed box inside what I can only describe as twigs with roots dangling off them.Absolute rubbish.AVOID.

I received 2 dead branches instead of the strong branches with root ball/earth and 2 stems on each branch. The seller offered me a 30% refund and then a 60% refund which I rejected. I have now received a full refund from PayPal and I wished I'd looked a the Trustpilot reviews.

I ordered 2 cherry tree plants from this company having seen them advertising on you tube. The invoice stated that a delivery would be made on the 23rd of May. I am yet to get a delivery. I have sent two emails but no response. I should have read the reviews. This appears to be a scan. The ad was embedded in a you tube link.

The cherry plans (6 nos) the supplied are completely dead stem of some trees! Absolutely fake things they have delivered. And the won’t refund your money easily. This fraudster company offered me 30% refund but I didn’t agree and reported to my credit card company for a refund. My card issuer arranged the full refund and not this vendor.

One star is being very generous, like the other reviews I received 2 dubious dry probably dead twigs, supposed to be grafted onto root stock, not a graft in sight. Please, please don't buy from these low lifes obviously a criminal enterprise.

This is a fraud, I did ordered two cherry trees, for £30. on google advertising, I did received a little tree branch totally dead and dry, my garden is full of these garden waste.

I did not even want to give this one star ! This company is obviously run by criminals ! Like the other reviews we purchased two cherry trees but were sent dried sticks, contacted company several times, offered 20% refund which we refused for full refund, since then we have had no replies to our emails. Stay well away from them.

My father ordered cherry tree. Very shocked.!!!Arrived but very dry in flat box. Its look like dry sticks from the forest. Not as advertised. Try to contact them for the refund. First they proposed 20% refund, after 30% refund. Now they just don't respond at all. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT BUY FROM THEM. SCAM.
