Complete scam Not as advertised at all Packaging a joke no way plants would survive this if ever they were alive No return correspondence after several attempts Pursuingthrough pay pal

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered what was advertised as a real avocado tree, but what arrived was clearly dead 5 branches plants mixed with mud to make it look real. The product looks nothing like the photos and feels very cheap and poorly made. The packaging was also poor. The box arrived crushed and damaged, with very little protection inside. The plant had been tightly squeezed into the packaging, leaving it bent and misshapen when unpacked. What was most disappointing was the appearance of the plant itself. It looked incredibly dry and lifeless, with faded, dull leaves that appeared dusty and brittle. Instead of looking fresh and vibrant, it looked as though it had been sitting in storage for months. The branches were stiff and unnatural, and the overall appearance was nothing like a healthy avocado tree. Misleading product description, poor packaging, and an item that looked dry, neglected, and completely unlike what was advertised. I would not recommend this seller and will not be purchasing from them again

I wish I had read reviews before buying what were supposed to be cherry saplings. Like others I received 2 dead twigs in a cardboard box . But after reading reviews I decided to persévère in demanding a full refund for articles ‘not fit for purpose’ . Do not return the product just keep repeating your demand for a full refund on the grounds that the product is not fit for purpose. I received at first a 20% reduction then spécial 50 reduction when I was told I could keep the product!! and so on until in the end I obtained a full refund. It took about 3 months but I got my money back. (did in the end threaten further action as I found online there are things that can be done. )

fraudulent company, making loads from us, beware, order one thing get another, which is absolutely useless.

Ordered fig trees all dead in a small box, offered 30% refund, then 50% and then 70%, totally refused all offers and told them I was starting a credit card dispute and they would get the money from them, amazingly all money then returned to my credit card!

Wish I had read up on thus company, exactly the same as everyone else. 2 sapling cherry trees ordered, after 1 month 2 withered dry twigs arrived. Now no contact back from them. Just a rip off company DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

My order ID SP0260503034825ED9ZC Mexican avocado saplings supposed to fruit in first year ‼️ They kept delaying the delivery which eventually arrived 26 days after posting in a cardboard box. I RECEIVED 5 VERY DRY BRISTLED STICKS. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT DISGUSTING FRAUDSTERS. PLEASE BE AWARE. They are getting rich by fooling 99% of buyers. I decided not to waste my time returning for refund. They will not honour it because they are NOT HONEST.
