Your products are the best for sure and I believe your customer service is also great. Everything with ordering was easy and nice but unfortunately this time with the delivery things weren’t that nice. Next time I really need to read everything because this time UPS charged me more 35$ and honestly don’t think I will order again because it makes it much more expensive. And also I just knew about it because they sent a notification saying that it was not delivered because it missed a payment. My first time with you guys was awesome and everything worked perfectly fine, but with this experience paying more than 100$ for something that should be half of it, it’s something that I won’t do again unfortunately because I do love your products that I buy for more than a decade. Thanks
