Novex Hair CareReviews of novexhaircare.com

The product came in a package covered in dirt and the product container was smashed with product coming out

I love novex hair care products but in my last purchase I received an unsealed coconut mask and it was open and all the product was scattered in the packaging bag. I sent an email explaining with photos of how the product arrived but I have not received a answer.

Hello, the products are very good but unfortunately the order I placed with you was not received, they sent me the wrong products, so I have tried to communicate with you and I have not received any answers.

Pedí unos artículos en la venta de black friday y recibí varias semanas después dos paquetes de diferentes líneas de novex y nada de lo que pedí me llegó en el paquete, llevo aproximadamente dos años comprando en novex y es la primera vez que me pasa algo así

all my order arrived mixed ... 90% of the products I ordered were never sent ... they sent everything they wanted

I have not received my products yet. The tracking number states that it hasn't been delivered either.
