Quick response

My questions were answered. This product didn’t meet expectations but it was easy to talk and email with rep.

Great product wonderful customer service!!! They work with you! I recommend sampling the color before ordering.

It seems like a great product. Goes on evenly. Good coverage. Lonely collar. Does dry a little lighter than it goes on. I bought walnut and could actually use one shade darker. I'm using it on a porch railing. Our porch is very large. I'm over halfway through the bucket and until that I'm going to need at least two more buckets. So it's going to end up costing more than I initially realized. I only just started using the product so I cannot comment as to it's endurance and what it will look like after exposed to the summer sun all season. I chose this product because if it's UV protectors. Only replacing the railing because the old railing was so damaged by the our son and to a lesser degree moisture..

The exoshield is a great product - you can tell this instantly as it’s being applied. But I made a mistake and I really appreciate the sincere interest Novawood showed in helping me find a method to fix the mistake.

Prompt delivery. Easy application on rough side cedar trim. Black walnut color covered very well.
