Never delivered, stopped answering calls and emails after the due date came and went.

We ordered a custom sign from Nova Pro Signs on July 15, 2026, for a 25th-anniversary festival. Because this was for a specific event, the sign was both time-sensitive and important to us. We approved a specific mock-up and proof. During production, Nova Pro Signs sent progress photos showing a sign that was substantially different from what we had approved. We immediately raised the issue. They acknowledged the problem, offered 15% back, and said they would correct the sign. We agreed to give them the opportunity to fix it. The promised 15% refund was never issued. After additional communication, they sent another set of progress photos. The photos were unclear, but the sign appeared to have been corrected sufficiently for us to proceed. When the sign arrived around August 31, we discovered that it had not even been cut out of the acrylic material as was shown in the proof. The result was not the sign we ordered or approved and was unusable for its intended purpose. We spent considerable additional time trying to resolve the situation through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Nova Pro Signs ultimately agreed in writing to issue a full refund and told us they did not want the sign returned. We accepted that resolution. They have now stopped responding and have not refunded the $3,974.40. We are left with an approximately 300-pound crate containing an unusable sign, while also facing the possibility of missing the deadline for our 25th-anniversary event and having to find another company to produce the sign and now we have to waste more time disputing the charge on our AMEX. This was not a case of simply being unhappy with the appearance of a custom product. The delivered product did not conform to the approved proof, was not fabricated correctly, and was unusable. After acknowledging the problem and agreeing to a full refund, Nova Pro Signs stopped communicating. We gave this company numerous opportunities to correct the problem and resolve it directly before disputing the charge. Unfortunately, they did not follow through on the refund they agreed to provide. I would strongly recommend that you find another company for your signs before you get into the same situation as us. There are other reviews on here that had all the same issues just this week.

This has been the worst vendor experience I’ve ever had. Before ordering, I specifically confirmed that our sign would be custom fabricated in Houston. I later learned it was being manufactured in China. Delivery was promised by September 6, 2026, but the date kept getting pushed back. When I tried to cancel because of the repeated delays, I was assured it would arrive by our drop dead date of September 18. It finally arrived on September 21 with missing parts and installation instructions that did not match the outdated transformer we received. The sign is unusable as delivered. Throughout the process, our representative, Troy, repeatedly provided information that proved untrue and was incredibly rude. After all the delays and assurances, we are left with a sign we cannot use and will now have to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this vendor.

I still have not received my refund or my product countless emails back-and-forth spending me is all I’ve received. Do not do business with these people.

This company promotes a 10-14 day window for production and shipping, I placed an order on 5/17 and I dont even have a delivery date.

be aware of this scam: I purchase a small sign from Nova Pro signs, agree on the price thay game me of $145 for two small aluminum 7 inches by 4 inches, after I paid for, today they sent me a message that doesn't make sense and unethical , they want to charge an extra $100, after hey confirmed the price I and I paid for. This is what they sent me a day after I made my purchase " So, A verdict came in earlier regarding the differentiation between stainless steel and aluminum is that, Aluminum costs a $100 more. The current payment that you have made right now, we are obliged to go with the stainless steel one. Let me know if you can make a deposit of $100 more once it's completed on Aluminum or we can make a refund straight away to you" This is fraud!!

I needed a custom size metal cabinet made so I found Nova pro signs online I contacted a sales rep and told him what I wanted he sent over a check out link so I paid when he sent over a 3D drawing it was totally different than what I wanted he said he was going to revise the drawing and send it to me which he never did he said he would tell his production team to make the changes I was also told I would receive this cabinet in 10 to 12 days it is going over 30 days and still have received nothing I asked for a refund and have been getting the run around and still haven’t received anything from nova pro sign I paid for a product and received nothing
