Update 1. Juli 2026: Finally heart from them. I chose to cancel my order due to long waiting for answer and no matress delivered. Ordered a mattress to my Tesla y juniper 16th may. Money has been charged, but still no mattress. It haven’t even been sent yet. Tried to email them two times but no answer at all… :(

I bought a mattress and window protectors but they only sent the mattress. Tried to reach them by email several times but no response.

This company is a scam. I ordered a single purchase and they charged me a $59.99 reoccurrence charge without my permission. I contacted the company and they said it showed during check out which i didn’t see are I wouldn’t have ordered. Don’t order from this company unless you want reoccurring charges without your authorization.

My dog won't use the pad. And they charge my Amex $59.99 monthly charge that I didn't request membership for NO SERVICE OR PRODUCT SHIPPED! This company is a SCAM they take your credit card # and charge every monthly $59.99 Membership with no service.

I have had a very negative experience with this company. I placed an order for a mattress and the payment was successfully charged, but I never received an order confirmation and there is no record of the purchase in my account. I have tried to contact them multiple times via Instagram, email, and through the website contact form during their stated business hours, but I have received no response at all. Under these circumstances, I cannot recommend buying from this store, as there is no customer support and no way to resolve basic issues such as confirming an order that has already been paid for.

They do not work at all. My pup wanted nothing to do with it except lay on it. Garbage I would’ve given it less but nothing was there for less.Just being honest.
