Nova Paw kept charging my account a $59.99 charge they call a VIP service. I did not sign up for Nova Paw subscription. I called them and they canceled the reoccurring fees but would not give me a refund on a service that provides absolutely nothing!! This type of company gives the companies that do process ACH products a terrible name......you should be ashamed for these types of practices.....it should be illegal what you are doing......very close to Fraud. Plus your product does not work. .

I ordered a nail trimmer. A couple months later as I was checking my bank statement I noticed 2 additional charges from NovaPaw. I contacted them and here is what they said: “I am sorry for the confusion with the $59.99 charge that was taken out . The charge is the VIP Club membership fee. It shows here that you were enrolled in our exclusive VIP Club Program when you purchased the (item) at a VIP discounted price.” I absolutely did not authorize to join a VIO club that provides absolutely no service. When I told them to refund me they refused until I threatened to contact my bank and I showed them this paragraph I found on Google: “NovaPaw (operating online under names like mynovapaw.com and novapads.com) faces numerous public complaints regarding hidden subscription fees and misleading order processing“ I still contacted my bank and charged back the fees.

what everyone is saying about the recurring fraudulent membership charge is 100% true they have been billing me 5999 since February after placing a one time purchase of 3P pads there’s no satisfactory way to contact them and they have not replied to my emails. I hope Facebook will take them down while they did send me a tracking number despite claims of shipping from the US the tracking was from China and took three weeks to arrive.

These pads do not work at all. BE AWERE after the purchase of a single pad I found my credit card being billed monthly for $59.99!!!!!

This company enrolls you in a $59 a monthly fee without you knowing it. What a scam. Do not buy anything from this company.

Count me among the buyers who fell unintentionally into the fine-print ditch of a $59.95 monthly membership that gets you ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This is deceptive selling at its worst, and I'm ashamed I ever had anything to do with it. Run away. Run far away.

4 times initial payment charged.then a 59.99 monthly unauthorized fee charged. all for a non working product. just a total scam. thank goodness I am a BOA customer. got it all canceled and refunded. beware of this trap.

Buyer Beware. In the very small print, if you make a purchase, you are joining a "club" to receive discounts on future purchases. My wife who handled all of our finances and bills passed away in April. I'm just now getting to reviewing credit card statements. 5 charges of 59.99 showed up. I called customer service and all they could do was refund 50% of the last month's statement. I'll be getting $30 after paying $300. SCAM!!!
