Nothing worked for me pads, pheromones spray NOTHING!!! And I had an unauthorized charge for what I don’t know. I’m so disappointed

This product failed to meet my expectations. I should have trusted my initial instincts, as it ultimately proved to be a waste of money.

Terrible service. I tried to get a refund on a deceptive membership added without my knowledge and they would not refund my money. I bought this product last mont on FB my first mistake. Then today they charged me 59.99 for some membership I did not sign up for. When I called them they said they could not refund my money even though I did not know I had this membership nor did I use any of it so called benefits.. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Ordered the Tesla Model Y mat in early May. It's now been weeks with absolutely no delivery, no tracking update, nothing. What makes it worse: I've sent multiple emails to their customer service and received zero response. Not a single acknowledgment. Complete silence. This is not a company you want to give your money to. No product, no communication, no accountability. I have no idea whether my order even exists on their end. Save yourself the frustration and order from a brand that actually delivers — both literally and figuratively. Steer clear.

Excellent service. Very much appreciate their generosity! Please don't keep your Nova Pads in back of Tesla inflated, always pack it up. I left mine in the sun and because Tesla has a glass roof despite cooling car down everything in the back gets really hot. Basically it damaged the Nova Pad. However the owner of Nova Pads must have approved to send me a new one. I am forever grateful for this BIG favor. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PAD OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT (MAGNIFIED by Tesla glass roof)

Purchased a mattress and window covers May 1 w/ estimated delivery May 14. No product has arrived, no shipping date shown. I received one round of communication from Novapads with a promise the product would arrive by May 30 - It's now June 4 and my follow up emails are ghosted, even if I send a request from a different address. Don't waste your time, you can't get it back.
