Wilbeth’s support was genuinely excellent - prompt, proactive and personal. She cancelled my subscription immediately, noticed that my latest order had already entered the shipping process, and contacted the fulfilment team to intercept it. She then followed up to confirm that the shipment had been stopped and a full refund was being processed. I really appreciated how clearly she communicated each step and kept me updated without me needing to follow up. The whole issue was resolved quickly and with far more care than I expected. Great service and support.
I started treatment and noticed an anomaly. I sent a query, and Wilbeth in customer support replied straight away. He thanked me for my input,saying it was helpful. The query was resolved , and Novamane made me a goodwill gesture which I wasnt expecting but ws greatly appreciated. Great service from Wilbeth, I would recommend this company and treatment to everyone.

Resolving issues!
I had to re-route my shipping address as the delivery was scheduled to come when I was traveling and they accommodated n My request without any issue. I purchased both micro needling products and copper peptide hair shampoo/conditioner. When I received the shampoo it turned out one of three had leaked so I sent an email and picture and on the same day (Sunday) I received an email back from Wilbeth that they were re- shipping a replacement bottle immediately. Unfortunate experience but great service in resolving.

Replaced my entire order when it didn't look right, no hassle
Between the time I received my first shipment from Novamane and my second shipment, Novamane had updated their formulation, boasting an increase in GHK-Cu. I expected it to be at least as blue (or green) as the first batch, but instead it wasn't at all. That was puzzling, so I contacted Novamane support by email with a photo, asking if it looked as expected. I sent the email at midnight, and I received a reply the next day from Wilbeth at Novamane support. Wilbeth told me a new shipment would be coming my way—a full kit replacement, 12 vials and four applicators. No hassle at all—impressive service.
