Great customer service
Great customer service. They quickly responded and were able to change my subscription delivery address after the order had already processed. Can't yet speak to the efficacy of the treatment though

Superb Experience So Far
Although there is no dedicated telephone support line, the online and email support are superb. There was a rapid response to my inquiry and the representative Claudine was professional, friendly and empathetic to my issue. Claudine provided an immediate and equitable resolution to my issue and took the time to answer all of my questions. Additionally, all of my emails were answered in a timely fashion. Furthermore, I have only been using the product for a few months now but have already noticed very positive results with completely new growth. In my experience so far, Novamane is a very reputable company and has a professional and competent staff.

Great customer service
Received my order and half was shattered. Wrote to the customer service and was answered the next day and they took care of it right away.
