Once the non delivery was reported, we followed the established procedure: we requested the official proof of delivery from the carrier, which came back showing the delivery as completed on April 10, to the mailbox at the address provided at checkout. We forwarded you the local USPS code so the check could be carried out directly at your post office, and on May 14 we requested the USPS documentation in order to reopen the investigation with the carrier. We remained available to reach a solution, but we received no reply to that last message, and the dispute was opened with your card issuer before the investigation could be completed. As we already explained in our reply to your other review here on Trustpilot, there was a logistics issue with the local carrier and the parcel was not delivered — a circumstance outside of our control. For that reason, a refund was authorised and processed, with confirmation sent by email to the address used at the time of purchase and the amount returned to the same payment method used for the order.
