I have been trying to renew a client's account since July and customer service has been doing nothing but just keep delaying to reactivate the account. This is for a merchant who used to use NSG for a few years. Horrible experience, no results since July despite multiple attempts to fix the issue with payment. I just sent them an email but I don't think they care. I guess they are making so much money, they don't care
