I was ready to write a glowing review for the Northwrist team, and I told them that in an email asking for feedback, I had this long and lengthy explanation of things I think they could improve, but the email came back not sent. Years I spent revising and perfecting my wording and spelling. My children? Neglected. My wife? Left me. She always told me maybe my obsession with my feedback to this company was too much. Maybe she was right. Darcy if you are reading this, please come back to me. (edit) in any case, it is an easy to navigate website with good looking items. Will edit again after receiving products.

Their pricese are fake. They make it seem like their products are on crazy discounts but in reality, they’re just raising the prices and then giving them a discount so they match their normal price. Don’t trust their discount advertisment

They make it very easy to order and modify your order. Ordering for the first time made me want to use it again.

I saw an ad on Instagram and I thought the rings were exquisite, it drew my interest and I went online and took a look at that northwrist had to offer. The rings I chose interested me because one had cultural marking. I enjoyed looking through and when I picked the rings I did, I knew I’d be happy with what I bought.

All though the selection NorthWrist offers is great, it’s not so great never receiving a product. I ordered a $20 ring a week before Christmas and still have not received the ring. I submitted a complaint a week ago, asking when I might be receiving this ring, but it’s been a week and still no response, despite their website saying a response would be given within a business day. I’d like my product or a refund.

The customer service experience with this company is awful. There is absolutely no way this company can survive with the awful service they provide. The responses are so unprofessional and you are completely in the dark! It feels like a high school class experiment and not a retailer. Do NOT buy from these people. Amazon has raised the bar, these folks take it to the ground. Awful. I never received a confirmation. I emailed looking for acknowledgment and they sent me a copy of their shipping policy. Then explained THEIR carrier never provided the tracking info. Excuses and excuses. Then I was told it takes up to 30 days to ship from with in the US???? Are they putting this on a remote control car and someone is walking it from California to NY? Then I asked if there was a phone number? Response was NO. WE DONT TALK TO CLIENTS. You can ask via messenger. Wow???? if awful service was what this company was aiming for ... congratulations!

My experience with my purchase was great they make it easy to place an order. One suggestion I could give would be to give a tracking number so customers can track their purchase while it’s enroute to them
