NorthwristReviews of northwrist.com

There are good products, I liked almost all of them. The system is very easy to understand and I made the purchase very fast. Maybe it's hard to know the size of the ring and which one fits my finger. I also like the attention you gice to the client, and I see that reviews are important for you. I'm sure I'll buy another product.

I bought a braided bracelet back I November last year and it was shipped soon after. I still haven’t received it After numerous emails I still am waiting for a response as to where it is. Their customer support service is appalling.

Everything was great, execpt the fact that it is taking a bit for me to recieve the order information email.

The feather ring looks good. Payment and whole process was hassle free too. Would recommend

Stay very far away. Has been over 45 days since my purchase and it still has not arrived. Contacted support 20 days in and was told they could not do anything once an item was shipped. Didn't offer a refund, didn't offer to reship, and didn't even send an automated email to see if I had got my item after another 20 days. Congrats to those who get their items, but I see that I am not the only one here who has never received theirs.

I like the customer service, good stuff for sale,

Be very careful, there might be no delivery. For me it's 4 month and no one responsed me. Trying to get my refund.

Great products, easy to use online service and very customer friendly. I will definately be ordering more in the near future.
