Excellent people and toolset
My experience pertains to setting up a virtual office for a new business. Northwest Registered Agent have been tremendous to deal with. Their communications have been excellent, on point, warm and helpful. The portal toolset for business owners is easy to navigate and intuitive.

The best customer service
This company has the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. They called me within minutes of setting up my account to welcome me and see if I had any questions. Later, I made a mistake in a service purchase but it was resolved right away when I called. The customer service people are very friendly and helpful.

Best anywhere? Woo-hoo! Somewhere on Route 66 there's a jealous full-service gas station attendant. Anymore it feels like the big businesses don't care about service and when it comes to giving our clients top-notch service, we're taking after those businesses of bygone days when they'd do anything to keep a client happy. Thanks for the review, Eve. We're here whenever you need us.

I discovered this company through…
I discovered this company through online research. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and commitment to helping businesses succeed truly set them apart. Their knowledgeable team made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Northwest Registered Agent to anyone in need of reliable and professional registered agent services.

Our registered agent service is often imitated, but hard to replicate. Our staff here do an excellent job helping our clients. For $125/year, it's a heck of a deal with what many have called best-in-the-industry service.

Customer Service is Excellent!
Rachel Reed, Katie Taylor, and the entire staff is amazing to work. If you want to start a business and need actual customer service, this is the place to go. The pricing is affordable, the company is adaptable, the customer-facing portal is easy-to-use and clicking thru the steps of setting up a company is very easy no matter the state.

Hi Amy. We have a whole team of experts whose goal is to make business formation a snap for our clients. We love helping our customers wherever they are in their business venture. We've helped long-established big businesses, small start-ups, and everything in between. We can help with DBAs and compliance paperwork. If you have a problem, we have someone who will answer the phone and be able to help you.

I spent a lot of time choosing between…
I spent a lot of time choosing between formation services. Ultimately I went with Northwest to start my LLC because although they don't look the cheapest, they are much cheaper in the second year. They don't explain this very well on their site, but if you look at how much other companies are renovating, you'll see that Northwest doesn't bother with hidden fees. Plus, their emphasis on customer privacy is nice because you don't have to list your home address.

Hi Julio. You're right--a lot of companies hook a customer with a low price and then jack up the rates in the second year. We believe in being transparent and telling customers our prices up front. No surprises. No hidden fees. For $125/year, you'll be hard pressed to find a better, more comprehensive service.

This was a really great Customer…
This was a really great Customer Service experience with Madison and Haydin! I did follow up calls with Haydin, and I asked alot of detailed questions. She answered all my many questions in a friendly way and with thorough knowledge. Their focus was on what was best for my business. I was also told that the company is available for any help needed after my purchase. With such great, patient Customer Service Reps (they deserve a Raise!), great packages and a currently nicely discounted package, there is just no other company I see that is comparable.

Hi Margaret. There's a reason so many sites and experts recommend us. At the heart of it though, is our people. We're so thrilled to hear about your experience and anyone here who answers the phone will be happy to help you with whatever you need.

Scammy tactics hidden under a smile
I recently utilized Northwest Registered Agent's services, and I found their website to be user-friendly, especially as a new business owner. Initially, they appeared to be honest and reliable. However, my experience took a negative turn when I discovered their policy of holding mail hostage for a steep fee of $50 per letter. This practice is truly disheartening and unacceptable.
Response from Northwest Registered AgentDec 11, 2023
Hi, Vw. We’re glad to hear you had a nice experience with our website. We weren’t able to find an account for you (from your Trust Pilot username). Typically that $50 fee only applies when clients are not signed up for one of our registered agent or mail services. If you’re paying fees you shouldn’t be paying, we want to know. Please give us a call at x or email us at y, so we can make sure you’re taken care of.
