So far my experience has been fantastic in comparison to a previous experience. Website is published, email established, llc paperwork completed and filed very quickly and conveniently. I've kept things minimal and its working great for my start up.

Amanda Brooke at Northwest Registered Agent
Amanda Brooke at Northwest Registered Agent LLC was absolutely outstanding to work with. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping me every step of the way. Starting a holding company can feel overwhelming, but Amanda made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
She took the time to answer all my questions clearly, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt confident moving forward. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and I never felt rushed or like just another client.
If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, responsive, and truly helpful, I highly recommend Amanda. She made a complicated process simple and was a huge part of getting my business off the ground successfully. Five stars all the way!

Arnold was amazing to work with! he was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and patient with all my questions. He explained everything in a way that made sense, and informed me on all of the services Northwest had to offer. What I truly enjoyed is that he did not rush the conversation. It was honestly a pleasure speaking with him. THANK YOU! :)

Excellent Registered Agent Service
Excellent Registered Agent Service – Professional, Affordable, and Fast
I recently switched my LLC’s registered agent service to Northwest Registered Agent, and the experience has been outstanding.
After dealing with high renewal fees elsewhere, Northwest was a breath of fresh air—about half the price and far more straightforward. The transition was smooth, and they handled the filing with the state of Texas efficiently, which gave me immediate peace of mind.
What really impressed me is the value they include:
They filed form 401 with State of Texas
Domain email options
Included phone app for business use
Clean, easy-to-use interface
Helpful notifications and support
They genuinely make your business look more professional without nickel-and-diming you.
Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable—no runaround, no upsell pressure, just clear answers.
If you're running an LLC and want a reliable, no-nonsense registered agent, I highly recommend Northwest. They deliver exactly what you need, without the extra fluff or surprise charges.

It's so great to hear this! Smooth filings, clear pricing, and real support is the goal. We build everything to give you a complete business identity, not just a registered agent, so you can run your business without juggling vendors. Thanks again for the recommendation!

Honest, No-Frills, Cut to the Chase. Why Choose Anyone Else?
I did extensive due diligence for LLC formation and narrowed it down to two companies for different reasons. What I thought would be the better choice (Legal Zoom) lost its luster very quickly as they got overly aggressive on multiple occasions and only cared about upselling. Northwest Registered Agent has surpassed my expectations each time and blows their competition out of the water! They're honest, no-frills, and cut to the chase. I'm sold! Keep up the outstanding work!

Really appreciate you taking the time to do the research and share this. We hear that a lot, and it’s exactly why we keep things straightforward. No up-sells, no runaround, just real help from people who know what they’re doing. Glad we could deliver on that for you. Reach out if you have questions in the future, we're happy to help when you want more.

I formed a single member managed LLC as…
I formed a single member managed LLC as foreign with Northwest. So far no problem. Everything has gone fine.

Thanks for the amazing review! Foreign registrations can get a little tricky, so “no problems” is exactly what we like to hear. Our goal is to keep things clear, handled, and drama-free from start to finish. And if anything comes up, we’ve got you!
