Second time in 2 weeks. In competent aides and hospital staff. Disorganized.No communication between staff members. Dr top tier but they dont have anything to do with this with the mishmash thats runs this facility. I will NEVER use this hospital again despite their excellent physicians. A hospital is one unit. NSUH from dining to nursing is a mistake. No private rooms, no private help. No response when you ring the bell fro help. They left me on a toilet for 45 minutes. Seriously? I ll be right back means 30minutes. Give it a try yourself. Its worse than a one star hotel. THE WORST- too bad because they just added a whole new building.

My endocrinologist Dr Medina Mora was a nice person and a good doctor with his recommendations, but he wrote a prescription for meds and labwork to be done which I never got. I called twice and spoke to the same person, who spoke english fluently but couldn't understand a word I said, where I had to repeat myself at least 3 times about not receiving the medicine prescription and lab script. After both calls I still hadn't received it. I called again, now the 3rd time and spoke with someone else. After that call I got the lab script but still no medication. Today I called for the 4th time and left a message with another person about the medication script. For a nice doctor he still hasn't done what was asked of him 4 times and its now a month without important medication. To cap off this lack of customer service experience when asked to do a survey I said yes, but then the automated voice was cracked with poor sound quality and not clear and hung up on me. This hospital has really gone down hill I don't recommend it to anyone.

Individual Providers and offices are good. BUT the administrative side is a NIGHTMARE - sloppy billing practices, expensive, and difficult to get anyone who knows anything on the phone. You will get bills from multiple entities, and they never coordinate with one another so they will continue to arrive many months afterwards. HORRIBLE!!

My wife and I just a had a phone call with Zion from the billing department at Northwell. Our problem was that I received an email from Northwell and I thought it was a scam, Zion got right to the issue and asked me about the email in detail which helped him determine that the email was actually real and not fake. I recommend this for employee for recognition! Zion you did an excellent job, keep up the great work!

I was truly surprised at the 1 and 2 star ratings and less then stellar reviews. In my other review posted today, I gave great marks and a 5* review. I was reviewing the NH office and MD in PA on rt 739 in Dingmans Ferry. Please don't let the terrible reviews of locations in NY, NJ. or other locations prevent you from giving this location a try if you are in the area. Again, I consider them great!

Criminal Negligence You cannot get help from the inept unreachable doctors who are part of Northwell Lenox Hill Cardiology Practice. I had to scream and cry and keep calling simply to get a VITAL Rx refilled. I'm told "Don't yell." They refuse to call the pharmacy themselves and prefer to keep you out of medication and possibly cause your death. WHY are they allowed to keep treating human beings? I am shocked.

This is the most greedy corrupt organization on earth. They do not care about patients or their workers. Only money. They are absolutely vile people on every level. They all belong in prison.

Absolutely awful! You cannot contact any doctors directly, just put into a call center to leave messages. Nobody from Northwell Health Physicians Partners in Merrick ever returns any calls. Worst office I have ever dealt with in 40 years.
