This is by far the worst organization for a parent to seek care for their child, go elsewhere.

Terrible Customer Serrvice! I waited over 45 minutes for a representative to pay a $10 bill. Then they refused to send me a receipt showing a zero balance. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse for health care, Northwell comes along. Good luck to all of us . I have been sick for a month and I can barely get help. It’s a nightmare . Offices giving out wrong info, conflicting advice . ER forget it , what a mess

The operators speak so fast you cannot understand them. Phone messages go unanswered for weeks or months. Offices are understaffed and totally inept. Hospitals like Long Islsnd Jewish are places to go to get misdiagnosed and die.

I hope you read this before speaking to their staffs for appointments. Confirming an appointment turns out to be so frustrated and an disaster. First, the person said couldn't find me in their system for the appointment, so it's an red flag. Second, she said the doctor doesn't sit with patients in consultation with images. Third, when speaking to the manager, she ran over what she wanted to say without letting me to speak and said that she will cancel my appointment and said that I am" disgusting." I think they are so bad that don't matter anymore with their attitude and they definitely can abuse it. Thank you for letting me know you are such a bad bunch in the healthcare system. I will stay away before I fell into this trap!

Although the front line employees tried very hard to be helpful, I am unable to obtain an appointment for an annual physical until January 2027. Northwell values financial gain over patient well being and care

This company buys healthcare and than treats you as a product or a paycheck for them, while this level of healthcare is going to lead to patients dying. It's horrible!!!!!!

Northwell has the rudest workers. From urgent care to the hospital to the client services. Disgusting that people who work in the medical field are so rude to patients.
