I would give zero stars if I could! There was no follow up after losing my blood work! Just a run around no sense of urgency or concern only deflection of responsibility

Jeez, these people will never get paid if they can't fix the on line and phone pay system. I've spent too much time trying to pay a $20. bill with the info they sent on a paper bill. Online portal rejects their own bill and patient numbers, phone pay made me go thru all info and my cc info and still couldn't take the payment. Got to a customer service rep who was telling me how to pay my bill on line. Kafkaesque . I haven't written a check to pay a bill in ages but I'll dig one up and go that route now.

NORTHWELL HEALTH is now owned by them — VASSAR HOSPITAL SUCKED 30yrs ago. They sent a patient home with insufficient paperwork for home care patient and zero meds — NEVER GO TO THIs place — a cancer patient and NO PAIN MEDS —— NORTHWELL ISNT a COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR FAMILY —

Yesterday I went to my local Northwell lab for a urine test. The staff was wonderful. My complaint is the condition of the bathroom. I spoke to the staff and they said they have complained about the cleaning company more than once with no results. The seal around the toilet on the floor made me gag. Really people, get it together.

Dr. Mandarano has given me faith back in the medical system. He listens to you fully. He is not quick to treat before finding the issue at hand. He gives a level of comfort and trust I have not had in a very long time. His bedside manner is impeccable.I very highly recommend him. They don't get much better than him.

Generally I get top notch medical care within the Northwell system. Really top notch. Ten stars! But today.... I had a minor procedure about a month ago. All went well. But now I have an issue and need to talk to my doctor. I can't go in so I need a telehealth appointment. Northwell recently changed their patient management system (EMR). I can't set up a telehealth online. The option isn't there. I've been in touch with the doctor's office. They set up telehealth appointments for me. But the system changes it to an office appointment. GRRR!!! My frustration level is out the wazoo!!! The EPIC system is the most used EMR system in the country. Why can't they get the appointment system right? This is so screwed up! Finally! As I was writing this the doctor called me on the phone and I was able to discuss my issues with him. Medical care is still tops.

Meta is the advertising platform to publish the AI video advert featuring orthopedist Dr. J. I. de Jong. This is misuse of his personality, as is regularly done with other well known persons. Meta offers the platform on social media for these illegal practices. Don't buy anything on offer at social media. Question: Who'll bring these matters to Court?

My complaint is with a northwell health office. The staff is extremely rude. There is no way to communicate with office except through text or leave a message. Which can take 24 to 48hrs to get back. There is no way to describe the women at the front desk with out swearing. The office of Dr. SUELANE Do OURO. SHE HERSELF IS OKAY BUT HER STAFF IS GARBAGE! OFFICE IS LOCATED IN MANHATTEN. LOWER EAST SIDE.
