I wish I had seen the other reviews before using this HORRIBLE company. Seriously - bait and switch. The sales guy was great at first. Long story short - they wouldn't move an adjustable base bed. I was then told by Alex in customer service that this was my fault, but they were willing to work with me and she would have the foreman call to schedule the pick up of the bed. Yeah, that didn't happen. I was then basically transferred to Lynn in customer service after Alex wouldn't return my calls. Lynn was ok. I'll give her that. She at least called me back. So after 3 weeks, I finally get my items....well, most of them. How is there FURNITURE missing? I can see a small box or two, but actual pieces of furniture missing? And you know they aren't going to look for it. Time to move on from this horrible experience. The good thing....there are many lessons learned.

Very unprofessional. Sam who I dealt with contacted me with a quote based on my inventory. I chose to go with a different mover based on recommendations and locality. Sam called numerous times like a telemarketer. I spoke with him and told him I went with another company. He argued and tried to get me to go with this company I once again told him I put a deposit down and have chosen a different company at which he said I don't want your business anyway and hung up on me.

I can’t believe I even have to give them 1 Star. They are completely giving my mom the run around. Picked up her furniture on May 12, 2019 with a requested delivery date of May 29, 2019. It is June 7 and my 81 year old Mom still doesn’t have any furniture. She closed on her new house 2 weeks ago. My husband called on behalf of my mom today and they hung up on him. Disgusting way to treat an older woman. Completely taking advantage of her. When (if) she gets the furniture I will update my review. So angry for my mom.

If I could give them a 0 instead of a 1 (and I have never done something like this before)! I can tell you to run the other way and I will be putting up a series of WHY I find this company to be nothing but bait and switch experts and I am sorry to say, after having about 15 moves in the last 20 years, that I was their latest victim and I should have followed my gut about utilizing their services! So, before I start my weekly installments as to why they are a company to be avoided (especially for interstate moves!!), I will extend an offer to their CEO to take the time to speak to me 1:1! I did make this request multiple times to Lynn in Customer (UN)Service, at which time I was told that I would only be able to speak to her boss and a few days later that offer was rescinded. I can tell you, as a Registered Nurse that has run many medical companies across the United States, I would want to know how my customers are treated and the type of service my "folks" were providing or not providing! Lies I was told: 1)We only utilize our own employees and they will come with our company name on their shirts. 2) do not worry if you have more to move (an in home estimate was not offered which, btw, they do), (3)You will only have to pay ______ and I ended up having to pay over $6200 for the same move that cost me $4200 1.5 years prior with an original quote of $4440. 4) We have experienced packers (NOT) as I have multiple pieces of wood furniture with gouges, scrapes, and something just broken, even lampshades! 4) your team will be packing you on Thursday, load on Friday and it looks like this same team will be taking your things to your home and could be there as soon as the following Monday or Tuesday (furniture picked up 4/25 and I finally received delivery 3 weeks later)! As I know this is getting lengthy and I will be posting installments with a breakdown of the NUMEROUS and LONG CONVERSATIONS I had with their representatives/manager I cannot begin to cover in a single post however I feel the importance of this so that NO ONE has to be subjected to what I have been subjected to, their lack of accountability, and their precious contract to which they refer frequently! I would also like to see if their CEO or COO will grow a "set" and speak with this 65 year old lady that had just had her position ELIMINATED so no income!! Double dog dare one of their officers to actually give me a call! Guess I will let everyone know if one of their officers can "man up" and be open to what people have to say! TRUST ME WHEN I SAY YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR BELONGINGS HELD HOSTAGE UNTIL YOU PAY THEIR EXORBITANT PRICING!!!!!! HOPE TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE THAT CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR OPERATIONS! For anyone else that has had their sterling service, you can file a complaint with the American Movers and Storage Association by the way! Talk to you all again soon!

I can’t trust them. Got an estimate and we went over everything. Added 1 rolling toolbox later and the bill was presented for $700 more. Was assured during the estimate I had extra room for more stuff with no additional cost

This was an approximately 600 mile move between neighboring states that required a shuttle and I requested a pack of the kitchen. They were quick, but I noticed that they did not adequately pad all of the furniture as they loaded onto the truck. I had to go back through the kitchen multiple times as there were still full cabinets each time I looked. Tried to pack my TV in the box with moving blankets and no screen protection when I had all of the original packing material available. Put my printer in the box upside down with a little bit of bubble wrap. Just horrible. Delivery date was set for the 15-18th of this month. I finally got my stuff yesterday on the 30th. They were supposed to arrive at 8-9AM. I didn't hear a WORD from anyone until around 3 PM, saying they were going to be there at 6:30 PM. On arrival, about half of the boxes were crushed (most of them the kitchen boxes that I did not pack myself), set upside down. Furniture that wasn't padded was scuffed and scratched. Completely broke the headrest off of my office chair, separated the rear wheel of my bike from the frame, bent kitchen implements, lost pieces of my vacuum. Lost an entire side table. Dented wine fridge and all trash cans. I've done double digit interstate moves and this has been the worst experience.
