No one likes associating with failures. I am no exception. I love diligence, perfection, and awesomeness. I am glad when service providers offer me their best. That explains my uttermost joy last week when Northern Star Moving Systems crew was able to relocate me so peacefully. They were hearty in the service deliveries. I am so happy I hired them out.

The move from Alabama to New York was indeed so amazing. I enjoyed every bit of it. From the moment I spoke to their agent until the last minute they were leaving, the relocations remained awesome. I loved how they handled me throughout the experience. They were so respectful and knew how to handle every part of the relocation. I was so glad at the end of everything.

That was a perfect relocation. I had moved before but never received anything to what I had last week. All my properties; from furniture to utensils were relocated safely without any damage being evident. What inspired me, even more, is the fact that they were able to move me without charging extra charge or pricing higher quotes. I am grateful.

If you have problems relocating, you should try Northern Star Moving Systems. I am very sure they will not disappoint. In fact, you will come back smiling and full of testimonies. I involved them in my recent move to Georgia from North Carolina. They did in such a professional way. They were able to maintain their composure from the start until the end.

I am very happy with the service Northern Star Moving Systems provided me with moving to my new place. They are very punctual and did everything much faster than I expected and most importantly, they do it well! So, that's not even a 5, it's a 5+! I was worried about my glass tables and getting dents/scratches on my furniture. Thus, I am happy that they got moved safely without any scratches or broken parts (previously, I had a bad experience with getting scratches all over my furniture during moving). Moreover, I give their customer service 5 stars as well. The staff was very understanding and polite. All my phone calls and questions were answered in a timely manner. Great job guys!

I am yet to undergo such an exciting relocation experience again. It feels so good to be given real value for your cash. I am glad that Northern Star Moving Systems team managed to do that in an effortless way. Their services were simply out of the ordinary. For the first time, I was able to go through a relocation experience free of mistakes. Isnt that something to be proud of?

Horrible Horrible Horrible..!!! I wish I could give no stars. Its been over a month my shipment was picked from Georgia and its been over 3 weeks from my requested date of delivery and I have not received my items yet.. They say they will compensate me with $30 a day as a delay .. Really ???Who wants those $30 ??? I want my personal items.. Its been more than 3 weeks m sleeping on the floor and because of that my back pain has aggravated. I m in a plan to sue them for holding my shipment for so long and still they do not have a date of delivery for me.. Because they do not have a truck coming in this direction... What if they never have a truck coming in this direction?? Things get shipped faster than this from other side of the globe.. This is just coming from Georgia to Minnesota It has been so much of trouble for me to manage with just few things with me and sleeping on the floor. In case people for Northern Star read this have some courtesy to respond back.

Do not use this company they sell you and then you never hear from that person again. They do not come when they say they will. They kept us up until 1AM and then announce they couldn’t get everything on the truck and would have to come back tomorrow and finish! They do estimates and then increase your costs by saying you needed more cubic feet, packing materials etc., etc. We are now into the 2nd week since they moved us out and they still continue to say they cannot give us a load date or delivery date! My estimate went from $4,300. to over $ 10,750. and we still have non delivery of our move. I honestly believe this company has practices in place to deceive you and create a sense of trust and then once you are signed on the dotted line they do not stick to agreed schedule or delivery, they treat you how ever they want to because they have you over a barrel. Especially if you are senior citizens such as us. They discriminate and prey on your age to believe all their lies and deceptive practices. There is absolutely no customer service and know one seems to really care about customer service at all. Please head my warning DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
