I have been ordering one of their products since my Mom had her stroke about 5 years ago. They are helpful over the phone and I always receive my Mom's product the next day! I can track the shipping from email alerts they send me.

Been using North Shore for quite a few years now. I barely have to give my name on the phone and the item is at the house. Extremely efficienct.

Great place to order incontinence supplies as the ordering online is easy to follow with good descriptions of each. Can re-order the same supplies & amount with basically one click .North Shore also delivers in a very timely fashion - and in a brown plain box with no way to know where it's from. The contents are complete and correct too. I really like them as it's so simple, easy and fast.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for my husband. I called the office and the secretary was Very Pleasant and I was sent a return label the same day. Good service!

I have a company that you must try. Excellent product, wonderful customer service, and incredible delivery time. Admittedly this was my first experience with Northshore, but after trying others, it will not be my last.

I have trusted NorthShore Care for years, ordering supplies for my mother at least four or five times a year. The quality of the products is superb as is the extremely fast delivery of the product. I just hate the $$$ delivery charge...I think its really too much money- if there was a place that i could get the same product and have half the delivery cost, I would switch to them.....and just plan on a longer wait to get the product. I would easily trade this if the total bill would be smaller thanks to smaller handling/shipping costs
