I placed an order which was delivered on 9/6 to the wrong address and it seems I cannot be reimbursed. I moved from that property and entered the new shipping address when the order was placed however when I tracked the order it shows delivery at the old address. I re-ordered the product because I needed them but am told I am responsible for payment of both.

Best bed pads. NorthShore even sends a sample with your order so you can see other products. Love them. A real saver of laundry with the disposable pads.

I am more than satisfied with the prompt ordering and delivery process. However, all the emails from Northshore and Fed Ex are really not necessary. In fact, I'd rather have fewer tracking notices and less costly shipping and handling charges. I would like to see some reduction in mail cost for those who purchase every month, or coupons to offset the charges.

Product solves annoying problem of wipe disposal by being flushable! Other wipes have to be disposed of in the wastebasket and can be smelly. Hoorah for you!
