These briefs I got were delivered in 48 hours of order and are an absolute superior product!!! These briefs are a great addition to take care of the needs I have for incontinence. service from company was great. Product recieved on time. However; disappointed in product. Purchased Mesh Pants package of 4. size large Item # 5199. (Noted on page that Large fits waists 34-45". Also image on website shows mesh pants coming up above hipbones and down on thighs) Purchased for person who wears 38" pants. Purchased pants are simple narrow strip of mesh fabric.. no leg material and not enough material to begin to appropach the hip bones. On a person, they look like a 6-7 inch streched piece of material. Could barely have the diaper pad in place. After about 15 minutes the material had drawn up and barely covered half of the person's buttocks. Thought about ordering very large size to try to make it work but not going to spend time/money. Best bet is to try mens synthetic underwear with legs. but a larger size and try that. Would be interested if anyone else had made this work.

I have been a customer of NorthShore Care Supply for a number of years. Being obese they have all the necessary special items for incontinence in sizes for for everyone from small through XL, XXL, etc., sizes not sold in the regular pharmacies, or other chain stores. The representatives who take the orders are extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful also stock is always on hand, no waiting periods. In my personal opinion, it is the company itself, whoshould make a policy improvement,.......namely SHIPPING! I, personally, spend $200/$300 hundred dollars on each of my orders with NorthShore several times a year, which can be verified by my history of ordering, very few times have I bought less than that amount, and I have always questioned shipping charges due to my large purchases and was told "unfortunately, that is not our policy." As I do 99% of my shopping by phone or computer, I know for a fact that MOST business' rarely charge for shipping when a customer goes over the $75/$90 purchase, but NorthShore charges shipping no matter what the purchase price is.....herein lies the policy improvement needed. If they want to set a limit, fine, why not something like "any purchase $75 or $99 or more FREE SHIPPING!." I'm sure their customers would be quite happy, particularly in today's economy.

I have used a lot of different incontinence pads but this one delivers what it says it will. Is not bulky and stays in place. Splash cuff very helpful if you are male. I would definitely recommend these

i order a case of tranquility adult diaper which work very well for most part but they could use work on tapes they dont hold u have to buy some clear tape to get them to stick but other than that its very good adult diaper hold very good expect for tapes
