When I place my order your representative was perfect but HealthoMeter dropped the ball by delivering the chair on Tues instead of Mon or Wed as per agreement. Luckily someone was there to sign for it anyway.

I recently needed to find undergarments for my elderly Mother who is in assisted living. She's a larger woman and we needed to find larger sizes for her. I was shocked that I received the box in two days from the time I ordered. Great customer service and we will utilize NorthShore Care Supply from now on.

I had to find a senior bariatric diaper for my husband and locally they just weren't there. Finally after a lot of internet searching i found these Really Big diapers.......... I know, I know slim is in.... but you know what, we just ain't slim any more..... So i ordered them, with tongue in cheek and hoped for the best. Guess what?!! I got it! Yep, they were big and fit perfectly (well as perfectly as a diaper can fit) but they went around his waist/hips and did what they were supposed to do...... Thank you North shore.... only complaint...... have to send away for them. Really wish there was a store locally that i could go to when i run out.............. that's why the 4 stars and not 5 thanks again
