Service was good but it did take longer to get then what they said.

This is the third time I've ordered from NorthShore. Their bed pads are great - no leaking so there's no need to change the sheets during the night. Really cuts down on laundry.

While the telephone person was very willing to research your products, it's hard to describe the needs I have. The products themselves were not ones that I can use, so that was disappointing, but I appreciate the effort made to find something that would work.

Great products

I usually use Abena and was hoping these would compare but I found them to be no as soft and they leaked more easily. Since they are for my 93 year-old mother the softness is very important to me and these fell short.

I have had excellent service anytime I order from North Shore Care Supply. I have ordered many times before and I have never had a problem. I did by accident order the wrong size once and called them back later the same day and they were very happy to help fix my mistake. I am hoping soon to try their brand of adult diapers out as well. When I do I will let everyone know how their new product is also.

Wonderful packing and delivery was fast. Great product for those with heavy incontinence.
