We bought a new electric recliner/lift chair to give my wife comfort during her recovery from major orthopedic surgery. Being new and fairly expensive we needed something to protect the chair. The cover we got was exactly as described, just what we wanted and, amazingly, the order time to delivery was three days. That's how a well run company does it!

I ordered some products for my Mom. She was discharged for the skilled nursing facility today. I have not tried any products yet.

Have ordered twice with NorthShore in the past weeks. Both orders were handled efficiently and professionally arriving as promised. I appreciated their business card being enclosed with the paperwork along with their brochure. That communicated their concern with their customers. I will be ordering additional supplies in the future.
