Had great experiences with them, they were able to get me samples for free until I decided to try their private label briefs (Northshore Supremes). I found them to be the most absorbent out of anything else I have ever worn. My only reservation is that they should be cut a little longer because they are overly tight. One similar house brand by their competitor found this to be true and introduced a new size in-between medium and large for those with thicker thighs. The shipping was fairly quick and arrived without being mangled. I have ordered twice from them for the same product, same great shipping experience and when I spoke to sales people, they were quite understanding and helpful.
