I wish there were not internet ads posted on websites visited by your customers. My computer is at the office, and it is quite embarrassing to see your name come up, along with green Depends packages when I visit other web sites. Out of respect for customer privacy, you might want to rethink your internet advertising program. Otherwise, excellent service.

If there is a need to contact customer service, I have found them to be courteous, and proficient in handling your questions and resolving the issue. I was very please with the bed pads. They were large enough and strong enough to withstand moving patient without tearing and disposable too. The sacks for disposable soiled diapers could have been larger is my only complaint. I also enjoy the large disposable adult wipes.
