I still haven't got what i ordered

I have ordered with this company before, but on my last order the representative advised that I bump up a size because my son was in between sizes. When he used them they leaked because they were too big. I called back the company regarding exchanging the pull ups and although they did exchange all unopened bags, I had to pay over $25 out of pocket to ship them back. I did not feel this was entirely fair since I bought the larger size based on the recomendation of their company representative.

info was given as payment was made and sent out for delivery very quickly.. great service.. will be using your company on a regular basis.. great work keep it up

Great customer service but too bad daytime diapers leaked. I was told they were like depends but they are not. Unfortunately I purchased four cases.
