Placing my online order was quick, especially since they kept a record of past orders so I could go directly to what I needed. And my order shipped and arrived quicker than I expected, and that was with normal delivery.

Far less scratchy than Tranquility and the XL size is easy to get into. The softest underwear thus far is Silhouette, but are too small for me.

Great product and great service

I was impressed with shipping. I use Tranquility overnight. I love the looks of it. The blue piping looks good. Size med. fits me well, I have room in the back to pull it up well. I am disappointed that it does not get me thru the night. The best I can get is 6/7 hours. I need at least 9 to get me thru the night.

I recently purchased briefs. First they sent the wrong size. That was easy enough to deal with. They very promptly sent the correct size and e-mailed the return label and instructions. I am not happy with the item itself. They are very difficult to tighten properly. My husband is still semi-mobile and he was not able to remove them and refasten them on his own. I did like the absorbency but if they don't stay on that is not much help. The pads that I have purchased on the other hand exceeded my expectations.
