I was disappointed that you wouldn't take back an unopened package as I wouldn't have known they were way too big without opening it. Also, that you didn't pay for return shipping. That is almost normal with other companies so I was surprised that I have to pay to return ship on my own. All of this left me wit a bad taste in my mouth so I won't look to exchange or purchase again from your company.

On.my.last order, I ordered 3 packages of pull on underwear....in 2 of the packages the items could not be worn because on every pair only one side was connected/ sewn together

The products I ordered were received on time and were exactly what I expected. The chair covers fit my mom's chair very nicely - good coverage. The absorbent pads add an extra measure of protection and are right sized for the intended chair.
