Bought a waterproof recliner cover for a remote controlled sit to stand chair. Really good product. It does move a bit and needs to be adjusted but that is normal with any cover that is not secured. (Since it is for a recliner it should be expected )

Your merchandise reaches me quickly. When you sent duplicate orders because you were having trouble with your computer, you arranged for Fedex to pick one up and return it to you. No hassle, just satisfaction. I am happy with the bed pads; they wash well. Unfortunately I ordered the tuck-in pads from another source, and could have gotten them for less from you. I'll know better next time!

The product is the best we've found so far for our adolescent special needs son. The north shore service and speed of shipping is amazing and truly appreciated.

FINALLY I FOUND A PLACE FOR LARGE PEOPLE. MY HUSBAND IS 370+ POUNDS AND DISABLED. I HAVE TO ASSIST HIM IN GETTING DRESSED. NOW I HAVE A PLACE THAT I MAY GET UNDERWEAR THAT FITS HIM AND HE IS COMFORTABLE WEARING. THE STORE SHIPS FAST AND THE ITEMS ARRIVED ON TIME IN A DISCREET BOX. THEY SENT ME FREE SAMPLES TO HELP DETERMINE WHICH PRODUCT WOULD WORK THE BEST. NOW I CAN FEEL FREE THAT I WON'T NEED TO CHANGE HIM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. THE UNDERWEAR IS VERY ABSORING. HOLDS ABOUT 6 OR 7 HOURS OF FREQUENT URINATION. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCTS AND THE SERVICE.

I ordered these assuming they would be like a bigger size of the buggies pull-up because they said "briefs" but they are not. They are like a bit diaper and my 7 year old with seizures can not pull them down or up by self. Taking away his independence with toileting. Other wise fast delivery. Good absorption. Just looking for a big kid pull up type.

Excellent customer service. Excellent products. I plan to order more today after testing the company as a new customer. All went perfectly, I just wish you wear close to California so I could get the product fast via ground shipping!
